We have identified a new bug in which reports run on new sites (sites that have not had a report run on them previously) will come up without the details in the report.
If you run the report again this will resolve the issue. We’re truly sorry about the hassle, and realize that everyone using the trial right now will be getting reports missing data. We will likely be patching again tomorrow to resolve this issue. Thanks for your patience. We will update again when we have more information to give you.
[Update February 19, 16:11 GMT] We are implementing a patch now to fix this error. There will be a small interruption in service but all running reports should restart automatically. This should bring more stability to the system as a whole. Thanks for bearing with us!
